Notice: Beware of Scam Emails Impersonating Income Partners’ Portfolio Managers or Traders for Investment Opportunities

Income Partners Asset Management (HK) Limited (“Income Partners”) has been aware of an increase in scam emails impersonating our portfolio Managers or traders such as Jason Wong or Jack Zhai, targeting recipients with fraudulent offers and investment opportunities.

These emails are crafted to appear authentic by using our company logo, fake company stamp, and similar domains to deceive recipients.

We wish to alert the public about the characteristics of these scam emails as follows:

  • Impersonation of Income Partners ’ Portfolio Managers or Traders: Emails may claim to be from our traders, such as Jason Wong or Jack Zhai, presenting investment opportunities or other business ventures;
  • Common Email Subjects: Subjects may include terms like “Partnership Funding”, “Private equity”, “Ventures”, “Financial Opportunities”, “NDA”, and “Financing Assessment”;
  • Suspicious Sender Domains: Emails come from domains that are similar to our company’s official domain, such as incomepartenrs.fund, incornepartners.com;
  • Use of Company Branding: These emails may contain our company logo, fake company stamps, or signatures to create a convincing appearance.

To protect yourself from scams and unauthorized individual or entity who is impersonating our portfolio Managers or traders, please follow these recommendations:

  • Verify the sender’s domain carefully, as scammers may use similar-looking domains to impersonate our company.
  • Do not disclose any personal or company information in response to these emails unless you are certain of their legitimacy. We do not make unsolicited offers through emails unless you have initiated the contact.
  • Contact us directly at marketing@incomepartners.com if you have any doubts about the authenticity of a message claiming to be affiliated with Income Partners or its traders.
